DURO-TUSS PE Chesty Cough Liquid + Nasal Decongestant contains a double action formulation which clears chest congestion and a blocked or runny nose.

200mL Cough Liquid – Tropical

Directions

Age: Adults and children 12 years and over.
Dosage: 15mL.
How Often: Every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day).

Age: Children 6-11 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner).
Dosage: 7.5mL.
How Often: Every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day).

Active Ingredients

Per 15mL: Bromhexine hydrochloride 12mg; Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg.

Contains: Benzoates, Sucralose and Sorbitol.

Warnings

Do not use this medicine:

  • In children under 6 years
  • If seal is broken
  • If past the expiry date

Before taking this medicine consult your doctor if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, have high blood pressure, have heart problems, take antidepressant medication.

Contains Benzoates, Sucralose and Sorbitol. This medicine contains 14.7g of sorbitol per 60mL (maximum recommended daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

This medicine may cause sleeplessness.
