Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried:

Zizyphus jujuba seed (Zizyphus) 10 g
Humulus lupulus flower (Hops) 1.5 g
Prunus cerasus fruit (Sour cherry) 1.2 g
Magnesium citrate anhydrous 494 mg (equivalent magnesium 80 mg)
