Directions

Recommended adults only dose:
1 tablet daily as a supplement during pregnancy and lactation, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Active ingredient per tablet:
Folic acid 0.5mg

Contains galactose, sugars (as lactose) and sulfites.
