Directions

Do not use more often than every 2 hours.

  • Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 2 inhalations in each nostril
  • Children 6 to under 12 years (with adult supervision): 1 inhalation in each nostril
  • Children 2 to 6 years: Ask a doctor
  • Children under 2 years: Do not use

Active Ingredients

Minimum per tube:
Menthol (197mg) and Camphor (197mg).

Contains Methyl Salicylate & Fir Needle Oil Siberian.

Warnings

Use only with head in an upright position.

    My order# 548093 when delivered on 12/11/25 is short supply on 1 item. Next day 13/11/25, I emailed and advise of the short supply. Friday 14/11/25, I sent email remind 2nd time. Monday 17/11/25, I sent the 3rd reminder. I also called (02) 82124404, no one answers the call.
    Hence I gave rate= 2 out of 5.
    Can someone care to reply to me please on the short supply.
