Harmony Balance 60 Tablets

Women may face symptoms related to hormones health issues at any stage of their menstrual years. This can occur naturally or as the result of changes in medications, stress, or environmental factors.

Symptoms related to hormones may include: mild anxiety, mood swings, unhealthy skin, irregular or absent periods, tiredness, bloating, abdominal cramps, and period pains.

Directions

Starting dose:
2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2–3 months.
Reduce to maintenance dose as symptoms improve.
Maintenance dose:
1-2 tablets per day, ongoing.

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula.

If you are taking a course of medication, inform your prescribing practitioner you have commenced Harmony® Balance.

Ingredients

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs:
Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 175mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 2g, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 2g, Bupleurum falcatum root: 1g

Also including naturally derived excipients:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose – microcrystalline, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Silica – colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate, Chlorophyllin – copper complex, Carnauba wax. Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029. Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol): 3.75ug Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 25mg
