Metagen Activated B’s & Folate contains high potency nutrients to help prevent dietary folate and vitamin B12 deficiency. It is beneficial in reducing homocysteine levels – a marker of cardiovascular system health. It also helps assist methylation, an important cellular biological process involving folate, B12 along with other nutrients.  Serine 100mg Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 40mg Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium) 27mg Equivalent Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 20mg Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin) (Vitamin B12) 1000 micrograms Levomefolate calcium 541 micrograms Equivalent Levomefolic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 500 micrograms

Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
Contains vitamin B6.
